How does Energy and Soul Healing work?

Energy and Soul Healing employs all the reference points used in psychotherapy and couselling, and then goes beyond the constraining boundaries of these approaches.

More than a traditional approach

You can resolve difficulties by living through them: this is a slow and often painful process. Energy and Soul Healing facilitates resolutions more quickly and with less pain, through healing and releasing energy blocks.

What happens in an Energy and Soul Healing session?

Sessions provide the environment for you to talk about and explore your experiences with total acceptance. Within this safe container, you can open up your dreams, visualise change, use simple yet creative methods of expression (such as drawing and writing), and directly and energetically address the issues.

Sessions occupy a full 50 minutes. They are held at private practices in London and Oxfordshire. In some circumstances (perhaps you are overseas or cannot get to the practices), telephone sessions can be arranged.

How often do I need a session?

At the beginning of your important journey, a number of weekly sessions is likely to be needed. Later, sessions are scheduled to suit your individual needs.
